Co-founder, President, and CEO Stéphane Pilon is a driving force behind Broken 7

Boasting extensive brand development and marketing experience, Mr. Pilon has managed innovative and ambitious programs for a number of globally recognized firms. This includes Rothman, Benson & Hedges, Grand Marnier, and more recently Scénario A, a marketing and communications agency that has antennas in a multitude of sectors.

Mr. Pilon has also held a number of key management positions with leading Canadian firms including marketing director at Kruger Wines and Spirits, a bottle manufacturing company, and spirits manager for LCC Wines & Spirits, a company representing international brands, such as Skyy Vodka.

As a craft beer enthusiast, Mr. Pilon is passionate about the relationship between brand and customer and truly believes that Broken 7 will leave a lasting impression in the minds of beer drinkers.

His ambition is clear: to introduce the great taste of Broken 7 and everything it represents to the world.

Pol Brisset
Founder and Owner

Co-founder, businessman, and entrepreneur Pol Brisset is a craft beer expert who brings decades of brand development experience to Broken 7’s leadership team.

Over the last 7 years, Mr. Brisset has been the owner of MTL Brand Management, a privately owned beverage business based in Montreal, Quebec.

He is also the current Business Unit Director in Eastern Canada for energy drink maker Red Bull Canada.

Mr. Brisset’s previous business experience includes working as the Director of Business Development for Western Canada for two leading global brewers: Heineken N.V. and Molson Coors Brewing Company.

Together with Stéphane, they create a rare, yet potent combination of energy, focus, passion and experience that will help Broken 7 transform into a recognized and trusted brand for beer drinkers all across the world.
