Shipping Policy

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

At Broken7, we do our utmost to ensure that all of our items remain in stock at all times. However, occasionally merchandise will become unavailable while an order is being processed. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your credit card or PayPal account.

SECURE PAYMENT

All of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars. To help make your shopping experience more safe and simple, Broken7 uses PayPal, a secure, fast, and free payment service, to manage shopping carts and accept all online payments. To order online, you will need a PayPal account or a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEES

For in-stock merchandise, orders are typically processed and shipped within six business days from the date an order was placed (orders submitted Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day. In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We offer flat-rate shipping, instead of charging by weight. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination.
Canada: 15 $
United States: 20 $
International (excluding Canada and the United States): 60 $

*Delivery in 10-15 business days.
*Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided in your online order (the shipping address can be different from the billing address).

CUSTOMS DUTIES

For all orders shipped outside of Canada or the United States, please consult the customs legislation of your country. Broken7is not responsible for any duty fees or shipping delays due to customs, if any.
